He founded Aureon Accountants nearly four years ago, initially developing the practice alongside his existing commitments before moving into the business full-time around three years ago. Since then, the firm has continued to grow and now supports a diverse range of clients across the UK.

Shoaib is a leading tax specialist, with over 15 years of experience in advising individuals and businesses of all sizes.
Shoaib trained with Big-4 firms Deloitte and KPMG, including sitting in KPMG's tax technical team where he led on developing tax solutions for inheritance tax, property tax and business taxes. He now continues to advise businesses and High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) in relation to their tax affairs.
He specialises in group reorganisations, M&A tax and succession planning. His deep knowledge of the complex tax regulations enables him to offer tailored advice that drives growth and minimises risk, helping clients navigate the variety of tax landscapes, ensuring compliance while maximising returns.
Junaid is an ACCA-qualified accountant with around 15 years of experience working with businesses and individuals.
Having completed his professional training in London, Junaid has worked with clients across both London and Newcastle, developing extensive experience in accounting, tax and financial reporting.
He has particular experience working with small and medium-sized businesses and focuses on providing clients with accurate, practical and commercially focused accounting support.
Ovais is a Northumbria University graduate with over 10 years of experience in accounting and tax.
He has developed particular expertise in working with sole traders and owner-managed businesses, helping clients with their accounts, tax returns and ongoing accounting requirements.
Ovais is currently part-qualified and continuing to work towards his professional accountancy qualification, while bringing more than a decade of practical experience to his role at Aureon Accountants.
Rida holds a Master's degree from a UK university and is developing her professional experience within accounting, tax and client services.
As an Accounts Assistant, she supports the wider team with day-to-day accounting work, maintaining client records and liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients.
Rida also works directly with clients to help ensure information is collected efficiently and queries are dealt with promptly.
Imran holds a Master's degree from a UK university and is developing his professional experience within accounting, tax and client services.
As an Accounts Assistant, he supports the team with accounts preparation, client administration and HMRC correspondence, while assisting with the day-to-day requirements of our clients.
Imran works closely with our senior team to help provide clients with an organised, efficient and responsive service.
